Here are my thoughts on Foot Detox. There are two of three methods of foot detox that I know about.  There is also a big business in foot detox, and big money to be made out of anything related to foot detox.

One is the Foot Detox Pad. I’m really not sure about this one. There are so many people screaming scam, scam, scam very loudly over the Internet whenever you do a search for them.It really does look like a con job. I mean, all that stuff about holding it over a steam and it turning black, yeah right!

Another method of foot detox is  the Detox Foot Spa. I tried it and I got some bit of comfort from it. I’ve seen the scam videos on you tube, so if you’re going to pay big bucks then watch yourself.

Look guys, reflexology has been around for thousands of years. So there has to be something in that, I mean, the Chinese are not stupid. If the technology is there for some trickery, that will take your money, someone is going to use it. And there’s always the benefit of the placebo.  If it makes you feel good without costing you the earth, then so be it.
