Detoxification has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine’s. It has also been used in ancient India, Asia, Egypt, and by the Cherokee Indians.
You are exposed to toxins everywhere. When you eat, when you breathe, they are everywhere in the environment.
Detoxification is how you get rid of these toxins. There are plenty of ways out there such as saunas and steam rooms, hot sweaty exercise, Ionic Detox Foot Spas, Detox Foot Pads, detox foods, yoga, the list goes on.
I’m not really against alternative medicines. Sometimes it’s not healthy to be pumped full of drugs, but that’s the fault of our busy lifestyles. Nobody wants to do anything right these days.

Do your best to get as much knowledge as possible about meditation, fasting information, herbal detox info, or what ever it takes your desire. Life should be full of adventure. You should also try had a really good laugh every so often, that will do you the power of good.
